Mounted the tires good but the balance was incorrect and had to go see Les after so the money I saved ended up giving to Les I don’t recommend this spot for tires

Trusty worthy, no frills, no run around, no surprise pricing i Love this place. The guys here do great work at an affordable price. Will be taking my vehicles here every time I need tires. They even accepted venmo and zelle, which was so convenient for us in our situation. They ordered our set of 4 tires, and they got them installed the same day.

I stopped in at Ortiz Tires yesterday (6/20/2023) as I found a screw that worked its way into my tire and didn't want to drive around risking a blowout. The guys who run this place were super friendly and were able to help me right away. They removed the screw and patched my tire while I waited, for a very very reasonable price. So glad I gave them a try!

I just recently moved to the area and brought my brand new $1500 Rotiforms in to be mounted and balanced. The guy charged $100 for this service. I went to pick up my wheels and there were huge gouges in them. Asked for a refund and the guy wouldn't admit fault or provide a refund. Will never go here again, sadly this business just lost a potential good customer. I should have stuck with my instincts when the guy wanted me to leave them for two hours and come back for them.....Horrible business, would give zero rating if I could

I've gone here for two tires, a single tire, and whole sets with every car I've owned for a couple years now these guys are excellent and flexible when needed while providing great service. Their used tires are always in great shape and the employees are really respectful.
