Great experience. If you’re a woman and don’t know much about cars, this is a good place to go because you’ll likely find someone willing to help. A staff member with a piercing kindly assisted me with changing one of my car lights and was very friendly throughout the process. I really appreciate the help, they’ve earned a new customer!
I wish I could give this location a million stars!! They literally saved me, my car, and my sanity. I was at Autozone down the street and they totally screwed me over and one of their lazy incompetent employees told me to call O'Reilly's for help lol. So, I did. The gentleman I spoke with, Jonathon, was so helpful and understanding and told me to go ahead and come on in and they could help me. So, I walked down the street and Jonathon and Dalton helped me figure my situation out and not only price matched the cost of the starter, but Jonathon also drove his personal vehicle to Vancouver, Washington to pick up the part I needed for my vehicle, and he dropped it off at my apartment for me. Talk about AMAZING customer service!! I was stunned. I will forever be thankful to Jonathon & Dalton at this location. O'Reilly's has gained a loyal customer for life as I will never step foot in an Autozone ever again. Thank you, O'Reilly's, and thank you Jonathon and Dalton for restoring my faith in humanity. I appreciate you both so much! I genuinely hope you both get raises and are blessed in your lives. Thank you!
I lived in the area for about 12 years and we have 3 choices for auto parts, I have found that this O'Reilly's is by for the best choice. They pick up their phone calls, very quick service once you're in the store. Easily the best price on our battery we bought and installed in the parking lot to save on the core charge. Super cool Assistant Manager. My first call when we need something.

I'm very thankful for my man, Ricky! I was working armed security when my battery failed. I got a jump and drove to O'Reilly's on 181st. The location had 2 staff working really hard, with a store full of people. Surprisingly, these gentlemen had the whole situation under control! Ricky spoke perfect English and Spanish! He was able to handle multiple customers at one time and install my new battery. Thank you very Ricky!🫵🏿🫡 Seriously, he is the man!
