They actually had the weird size I was looking for and just a pair not a whole set, which is what I wanted. Pulled in, ate lunch with wife in the car while they swapped them. Really fast, great service. Car finally rides nice now. Black 2000 328i
Travis is a great guy, I had some work needed that was a bit out of my price range and he totally understood. Was able to explain everything I needed to fix and give me a quick rundown for free, I didn’t feel pressured to get any work done and he was a honest good guy. I plan on coming to him again when I need new tires and rims, honest local shop.
Good customer service and prices. Tanner can fix a tire faster than you can make a coffee. Easy to work with and helpful
Great customer service & workmanship!! Gave me a great deal on practically a brand new set of tires! They were really busy on the day I went but didn’t take them long at all to get to me.
Very very rude. Called to ask about prices and before I could finish my sentence he says “well i have six people in line” and hung up. Especially as a women I always feel more comfortable asking for ball park prices/estimates just so I know if it’s within budget before traveling the distance. Just because a customer is in-person it does not make me not a customer.. I for sure will not be now. Dodged a bullet.
