Went to DEQ said I had a bad fuse, Scott was able to help me with a sense of humor and great customer service. Now fingers crossed we pass but at least Scott was able to get me past the first step🥳

Expensive wipers did not work properly, pretty but useless. Bought the less expensive brand and am quite happy with the $38 dollar refund! Sometimes, cheaper is better! The employee was quite kind and put them on for me. *always make sure they work before you drive off!

Terrible customer service. Every time I call, they put me on hold for 10+ minutes. When I finally got someone and asked about a battery charge for my NAPA branded battery, the employee was rude and dismissive, saying it would take 8 hours with no guarantee. I felt like an inconvenience, maybe because I’m a girl and not taken as seriously. Called AutoZone instead and they were kind, helpful, and had it done in 2 hours. Better service and better prices at Autozone.

I was working on a unique car and needed a small and specific standalone fuel system. Mark helped me find the right pump and had suggestions on how to construct full length fuel lines. Everything fit great and was exactly what I needed. Thanks Mark and Napa.
