Bill at Coachman was an amazing person to work with. I was dealing with an insurance company regarding my car repair and Bill gave me his professional and honest opinion about my situation. He took his time explaining the process even though my car was not reparable at his shop. Moreover, he declined my offer to pay some fee for his time and told me to call him if I have any other questions! I would definitely recommend Bill and his team for any auto body repair!

Absolutely amazing service. Not only did he give me a better estimate than six other places I went to (over $1,500 less expensive) but after I agreed to that estimate Bill helped me find a used car door that would cost less, that matched my car’s color so he wouldn’t have to paint it (saving me more). He said I could come by to make sure the door matched, and if I didn’t like it he could paint it. But it was perfect. A fully replaced door was done in less than three days for half of the original estimated price. They even washed it for me! He was very flexible with when I could drop it off and pick it up, very friendly and easy to work with. I trust this place and will be going here for anything auto body in the future Great price, great customer service, great quality work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I needed a new roof spoiler painted to match the vehicle paint and also installed on the vehicle. It took a few days but the spoiler looks great and the price was very reasonable.

Coachman came through when the other auto body shop "INNOVATION AUTO BODY" drop the ball and NEVER returned my calls. Thank you to Bill at Coachman for going above and beyond and fixing my 2022 Hyundai Palisade when I had a small mishap. You wasted no time at all with working me in to get my car fixed so my sensors did not go off anymore. I appreciate all that you and your staff did and I highly recommend this place for ALL your body shop needs! Thank you again! A+

Brought my ‘91 BMW to Bill to have the body pulled in the back left, minor dents repaired and primed (epoxy), along with rust repaired under the rear tow hook. This involved respraying the gravel guard. Come to find they did not remove and replace all the rust with clean metal and the gravel guard area was not fully covered in black paint. After working under the car I exposed a significant area of rust. Frustrating when you pay out of pocket in cash.
