I have found my electricians! Needed an outdoor outlet updated and a waterproof cover. We also needed the 2 light fictures over the kitchen island replaced by new ones. I appreciate that I received a reasonable estimate with a couple of pictures I sent. Trent performed the service in a very capable manner. Very polite to.
Price seemed a bit steep—we were charged $525 for 90 minutes of work(!)—but the guy (Trent? I think?) who showed up to diagnose and fix a problem with our bathroom outlets was amazing. Arrived exactly on time, was courteous and friendly, explained how he was going to do the job (and, later, how he diagnosed and fixed the issue), and even removed his shoes (without being asked!) before entering our house. We're happy. UPDATE: In his response below, the owner seems to have me confused with another customer. We just had some faulty bathroom outlets. No portable generators, battery banks, solar system, etc. were involved. (I'm explaining this just for clarity's sake—we're still satisfied customers.)
Troy's team did an excellent job. This is the second time I've had them out to our home and will continue to use their services. They communicated well, showed up on time and left the job site in great shape. I really appreciate using local contractors and North By Northwest Services is one of the finest we have.
Fuse blew, but couldn't see it when you looked at the panel. Wyatt was GREAT. All he had to do was flip a few switches and reset a couple of GFCI outlets and the power was back on. Wyatt was super friendly and professional he even stuck around to put in a new outlet in the bathroom. The whole process only took about 20 minutes. Pretty expensive, but necessary for piece of mind + getting the lights back on.
From the scheduler to the technician, these guys were friendly and helpful. They came out to do a job for me same-day. Troy answered the phone promptly, got all my information quickly, and was able to have the electrician, John, out to my home in just a few hours. John was knowledgeable and efficient, able to sort out my issues very quickly. The cost was reasonable although not inexpensive, but I am happy to pay well for excellent service. I am sincerely grateful for NXNW's help!
