Morgan Auto is great. I enjoy working on my car. In my experience, with other shops in the area that were not Morgan Auto, I found my curiosity somewhat annoyed other shops. And ended up not being happy with the customer service. That experience led me to be hesitant about taking my car in BUT Morgan Auto, and Thomas specifically articulated repair time expectations, communicated frequently and clearly, shared their diagnostics and thoughts with me. I felt they appreciated how I cared and was curious about my car. And were supportive and helpful in repairs I was interested in doing myself. Will definitely be coming back to Morgan Auto as I drive my lovely Crosstrek into the 400k miles and my DIY Ego inevitably gives out and I gladly lean on their service and expertise.

This place is the best of the best! Reliable, honest, and quick turn around! I won't take my car anywhere else. This shop has been successful for 40 years for a reason. The owner and employees are knowledgeable and most importantly kind. They actually taught me so much about my own car and made sure I really understood everything that was happening. Treated me like a person!

I've been taking my 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora to Morgan for several years. They always do an excellent job, and the car is always ready when they say it will be. Recently my dashboard lights burned out, and they were able to find a duplicate replacement dashboard -- now, it's good as new. Very dependable service.

Came in on a pretty tight budget having just (perhaps unwisely) bought a 30 year old car for cheap. I asked them to perform an inspection and let me know what it would take to fix a couple other specific items. Within a few hours of dropping the car off, Thomas had provided me a breakdown of everything they found/recommended be addressed, as well as (totally reasonable) pricing for them to fix each item. Being on a budget, I asked them to handle some of the more challenging items and let them know I would take care of the rest. Two business days later, I got a text saying the car was ready. Can't ask for a better experience than that!
