We can’t say enough great things about Professional Auto Body and Paint. Most recently, they repaired some minor bumper damage on my vehicle and did an outstanding job.
Over the years, they’ve worked on several of our vehicles and have always treated us like family. When our son was involved in a major accident after being hit by another driver, they took care of him and his vehicle from start to finish with incredible care and compassion. That meant everything to us during a stressful time.
Their pricing is extremely competitive, we truly haven’t found anyone who can beat it. Nancy is fantastic in the front office and really knows her stuff, especially when it comes to navigating insurance. Andrew’s craftsmanship and quality in the shop is top-notch. Their transparency and communication around process and timelines helped me to understand when my vehicle would be available.

I had an amazing experience with this auto body shop! They were professional, friendly, and handled everything seamlessly with my insurance. I was CC’d on every update so I always knew what was going. They are super transparent and organized. Nancy is the coolest. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. My car only had minor damage and needed a bumper replacement, and they had it back to me in about a week, looking perfect. It’s rare to find an honest, communicative shop these days, but these guys truly are one of the last honest mechanics. I’d recommend them over any other body shop in Portland.

Nancy and her team did a fantastic job not only repairing my vehicle after a hit and run, but also helping me navigate the insurance claim process to ensure I received a quality repair. I am confident that the quality of work and quality of parts is higher than I would have received at another shop contracted by my insurance company.
