I’ve visited Les Schwab Tire Center several times over the years, and they have consistently delivered excellent service. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to explain everything clearly and never make you feel pressured. I truly appreciate their honesty, efficiency, and the care they show every time. Highly recommended!
Les Schwab Tire Centers remaiin the best choice for repairs. I have been a customer for decades. Many times they have patched a tire and sent me on ky way---and I paid nothing! They are efficient and courteous. They may not be the cheapest for new tires, but I willingly buy them there anyway. There's a lot to be said for peace of mind and the very best service. This particular center is certainly as good as any of them. Les Schwab is a winner!
We’ve been bringing our cars to the Boones Ferry shop for a long time—since the early 2000’s? They’ve always treated us with the utmost professionalism and have always been attentive. Most recently i took my Honda in for brake service— they let me know that one of the shocks was leaking and would need to be replaced soon. There was no “sales” pressure for me to agree to the work. The car is over 10 years old with 175,000 miles and the shocks/struts were original so it was time. The work was completed quickly. The car handles (and stops!) like new. The people at the Boones Ferry Les Schwab are great and they earn my trust every time!
The tire install itself was fine, but the customer service was not. After the techs completed my winter tire change, my vehicle sat outside finished for almost two hours. The employee helping me left for the day without saying anything, and no one completed the fleet billing needed for me to leave. I sat there waiting with zero communication, only to discover that the final step took the next employee less than a minute. This should never happen. Poor internal handoff and no updates to the customer turned a quick visit into a two-hour waste of time.
Top notch service and a top notch team this location has. I work a few blocks from this location and they were near closing time and had sent Angel out to give me a jump on a very dead battery. I quickly drove there and they had replaced my battery in a matter of minutes and sent me on my way. These guys were so kind and compassionate and really helped me through a high stress situation and I can’t thank them enough.
