Broker, Kirstan Rogers (along with her crack executive assistant, Brooke Phillips) was incredibly helpful to my wife and I during the sale of our condo in the Portland area. We live in Alaska and they shepherded us through every step of the process. For a variety of reasons, our condo was challenging to sell (including a difficult HOA) and Kirstan consistently came up with creative ideas, which she implemented, that got us across the finish line. The communication with us throughout the process could not have been better. It was clear they truly cared about us. How refreshing. The work and personal attention these professionals provided us with was amazing, and all for a low price condo from which they probably got their smallish commission ever. Amazing! If anyone is ever looking to buy or sell in Oregon or Washington we couldn’t recommend Rog3rs Real Estate more highly.

Kirstan and Brooke were most helpful, detail-oriented, patient and so kind. Our condo was probably one of the lower-end sales for them but they surely treated us as it was worth a million bucks. We live out of state, which complicated the situation, but not for them. They arranged for cleaners, smoke detector installer, cleared cobwebs, took care of great photographs, communicated with HOA, offered suggestions, wrote and re-wrote documents numerous times, and so much more. In the end, we reached the finish line and sold the condo in this tough market. We all learned together and stuck together. Their commitment and communication were above and beyond. We are grateful for their help and dedication and highly recommend them! Thank you both.
