All of the people at Kendall Ford tried me like a great friend that I have known for years I have never met them before now.When I ask for information or pictures of all the things I wanting to see. I made them a offer and they said yes I didn't have time to come get it so they delivered it to my house in Wenatchee two great men showed up at my house with my new Jeep it is every thing they told me about and more my wife and I love it we name the Jeep WILBRR Thank you guys at Kendall Ford

I was in the market for an f150 and Kendall made the whole buying process a breeze. From initial contact, negotiation and closing we were assisted by the awesome Jeremy "808" and sales crew. Customer service was great and blew all prior vehicle purchases out of the water. I highly recommend Kendall for your vehicle needs. Huge plus was the toy truck Jeremy gifted my car crazy son. He loves it!

I worked with Chase and Kiyoshi on my new F-150 lightning purchase and the process couldn’t have been better easier. I live in Oregon and they made sure the truck was all ready when I came in, and even was able to bring the truck in from another dealership for me. It wasn’t an easy truck to find since inventory is so low. There’s a lot of ford dealers around that you could buy from, but if you want high level service like you’d find at a luxury brand… you better go here.

I had such a good experience with Chris B and Keenan here. Chris was relaxed and helpful informing me about the BMW I test drove. I wasn't sure about the purchase and he kindly loaned me the car for a day, which made me feel much more confident in my purchase. When it came time to buy, it was a busy day and he handed me off to Keenan, who was great to work with. He made a personal connection with me which I really appreciated and helped advocate for me when making adjustments to the terms. Finally, Travis in finance was a great communicator throughout al the forms I had to sign. I’ve had bad experiences with dealers in the past and this was a breath of fresh air. After the purchase, the team followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the car. I even had my mechanic inspect it just to double check things, and Kendall’s inspection was already top notch because they didn’t find any major issues. I'd highly recommend this dealership. The whole team I worked with and I'm very happy with my new car.
