After my initial inquiry online, Koda and I started chatting over text messages. During our discussion, I mentioned I was considering a low-mileage 2025 Equinox EV from Carvana largely because of the convenience - they’d deliver the car to my home and take my trade-in, so I wouldn’t have to leave the house. Koda’s response was perfect: he immediately offered to bring the new 2026 Equinox EV we had been discussing to my home, handle the paperwork here, and then drive my trade-in back with him. That directly addressed what mattered most to me (convenience) and made the whole process feel easy. Professional, customer-focused, and genuinely thoughtful. I really appreciated it.

More reviews on GoogleBought a 2025 Tahoe at year end. I like that they let me take the Tahoe home for a few days to try it out. That was an unexpected experience — and clearly helpful as I did purchase the Tahoe. The buying experience was fine. Not a lot of back and forth with sales people. I feel like I got a fair deal on the buy and on the trade in of my vehicle. At the end of the day, the numbers matter practically more than all other factors. So, solid experience of that part. I have my reservations about the service side. Something seems off. Not sure how to pinpoint it yet. Today I stopped in to pickup floor mats I ordered via the GM/Chevy app. I picked up the mats — in two big flat boxes — from the parts department. No offer to help install. No offer to help carry to my car. No offer to even hold the front door of the dealership open — even as I was clearly struggling carrying these boxes. I ended up just throwing the boxes in my trunk — install when I get home I guess. I took maybe 5-8 minutes to look at a few used cars by the area I parked. No one came out to see if I had any questions. They were not busy inside. That quick experience just left a bad taste. Made me feel like I was really just a transaction. I guess it’s too early to really know how I feel. But so far, mixed emotions.
I’ve had this truck for just over a month now. Added a few pictures from today’s mountain adventure. I had a great experience buying this truck from the Team at Alan Webb (Bob, AJ and Alec) I couldn’t be happier! I could tell these guys liked Chevy’s as much as I do! I came in their dealership after 5pm looking for this truck and they were able to get me singed and out the door with a great deal on my new truck.!
Had to take my 2025 Equinox EV in for recall issues. It took over 8 hrs to install a part in order for car to get its SMS updates. They gave me a 2025 loaner car for the day due to having to install all updates that I have missed in the last 5 months. Great customer service and they kept me updated throughout the day. Thank you, Ronita!!!
Really the best car buying experience I have ever had. This place has genuinely nice people who are willing to help. Josh was an awesome sales person to work with, he listened to what I wanted and highly recommend seeing him. It was such an amazing experience buying my truck through them. I highly recommend them for any vehicles needed
