Went to jiffy lube and got help from a gentleman named Simon. Very kind and informative! Helped me understand what fluids were in my car and which ones I needed. Helped me use my digital coupon! I have been coming here for years and have never had as much informative help as I had today! He even pulled my truck out for me when I was done! 10/10!
I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to the manager, Theodore. He treated me with a lot of respect and made the whole visit smooth and easy. The service was quick, professional, and he clearly cares about his customers. Exceptional service overall, I really appreciated how well I was treated. I’ll definitely be coming back.
I had my first oil change at Jiffy Lube and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made the whole process quick and easy. I really appreciated how straightforward and transparent they were about the service. They checked everything thoroughly and let me know what was going on with my car without trying to pressure me into anything extra. The team seemed knowledgeable and genuinely focused on doing a good job. Overall, it was a smooth and positive first visit. The service was fast, the staff was helpful, and my car was taken care of well. I’ll definitely be coming back for future oil changes and would recommend this location to others.
Came for an oil change I thought I needed, and also expected to be offered a new air filter. The techs informed me my current oil and filters both looked great, and that I didn't actually need to replace either just yet. Topped me off and got air in my tires and sent me on my way, no charge. Always nice to go to an honest shop where they're not just looking to take your money. Will be coming back when I actually do need things changed.
Johnny and his crew were absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, they took the time to thoroughly explain everything my car needed — including the oil change, cabin air filter, engine air filter, tire pressure check, and all the other simple but essential maintenance items. I really appreciated how clearly they broke everything down so I could understand what was necessary and why. What stood out the most was that I never felt pressured into anything. They were honest, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find people you can trust with your car, but Johnny and his team definitely earned that trust. Great service and even better people!
