The manager was so rude to us. We feel very dispointed at their service. They continue to cut the working hr. The officer was off Friday early afternoon. So we had to come back Saturday. Their office hr in Sat. is supposed to be 10-2pm. But they were closed when we walked in around 1:40 pm. We feel so sad since we drove 45 min to this office. And the manager talked in a way very rude and she was not respecful at all. Being a loyal client in past 40 years, we felt so disappointed about their service. We are looking for a bank that treat client as top priority.

If they suspect your visa card is being used by someone else, you have to go to the branch to get it cleared up. No one in their fraud department can help you on the phone. After posting this they are now asking me to reach out to their social media team. Give me a break - your social media team is not empowered to do anything that would correct the situation I mentioned. Not even the head of your fraud services department could help, nor was she interested my my feedback or lack of satisfaction. This company is the personification of a brain-dead bureaucracy.

There is a big problem with the management in this branch. The manger has an ego never seen before and he is unable to address clients needs. I have been there twice and he is unable to help me in a professional manner. I think he has an issue with me despite the fact he is also black. I gave them a benefit of doubt by visiting them today but the same reaction as last time. I closed my check in account some time ago because of their treatment. Now I am left with the credit card and I see myself closing it. Very dissatisfied and frustrated for being treated as a scum coz I don’t have a checking account. This branch should be shut down

What crappy reviews and I can't argue. I moved here from San Diego and CAN NIT ever find an open branch!! Ridiculous, nowhere to do my banking. So inconvenient. I've been to downtown location and as someone else said yes, you spend 30 minutes and toward to get your banking done! I just needed to but quarters on my lunch break and waited 38 minutes! Ice been w BofA for 20 years but seriously thinking to move to Umqua. 20 years and no benefits what? I get remainder of change from my purchases moved to my savings account, who cares big deal, it's my money. Oh yeah, what about the hours!!🤭 10a - 4p?? Awesome for those of us that work 9a - 5p big help, thanks.
