Did a great job! Very friendly staff, didn’t try and upsell. Told me it would take 1.5ish hours to change my serpentine belt, and was pretty accurate! Will use them again. Great prices!

I came to Honest-1 Auto Care to have the clutch and fly wheel replaced. I had the car towed there on a weekend and it was worked on and returned on the following Tuesday. I am impressed by the swift turnaround on getting me back on the road as well as the no non sense approach they took in getting the issue isolated and resolved.

I’ve been going to this branch of honest-1 for years now and have no complaints. Tony is awesome, their service is fast and reasonable, and the communication is great. They also don’t ignore or talk down to women which can be all too hard to find in the world of auto repair. 5 stars.

Tony had a quote ready Within minutes and was ready for my car to be towed in immediately. He quoted the same day repair. If not for my tow truck coming late he would’ve been able to do it the same day. That being said he had it completed first thing in the next morning and my experience with this company was fast, exceptional, And phenomenal. I would recommend them to anyone even people out of town. Thank you Tony for your help!

I walked into this shop today 10/28 at 3:45pm right before my 4:00pm appointment. I had in hand my Honest 1 Auto Care Club VIP card something that has been accepted at several different locations including the SE Stark and Clackamas locations. I told the employee that I had a 4:00pm appointment, he said no you don’t I don’t have anyone written down. Then the employee just pointed and said “I don’t take those” regarding my VIP card (something I paid for btw to reduce cost of oil changes) He then said he was the owner and launched into some trivial petty story about how him and the other owners cant agree on the Groupon compensation. I offered to show him my appointment for good measure, tho by this point I was leaving because Im not paying twice for an oil change i already paid for with my VIP card. I let the “owner” know that he was rude and stingy, he said some more snide comments, then called me “an idiot” in front of other customers. I made sure to get a few choice words in. What an unprofessional and disgusting owner. DONT EVER GO HERE. The other Honest 1 owners are actually kind and not stingy. Save yourself from this owners verbal abuse and rude behavior. For good measure here is my appointment confirmation and my VIP card, if you have one of these DONT GO TO THIS OWNERS SHOP. He is a jerk. Would give zero stars if I could. After looking around i came to realize this locations charges for what is supposed to be complimentary waters and sodas.
