Pleased with my experience, doesn't even come close to cutting it. Chris, Craig in the entire team went above and beyond anything I could imagine. Not only did they diagnose the problem, they made sure to provide me with specific images of the issues so it would be made clear what the problems were. It's so refreshing and reassuring to have an automotive business like Hartmann who not only cares for their customers but provides exceptional service. Highly recommend!! I’ve been going to Hartmann Motors, Inc. for more than ten years, and every visit has been a great experience. The service is consistently excellent, the pricing is more than reasonable, and the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of things. They clearly know what they’re doing. This most recent visit, however, really stood out as above and beyond. I brought my car in a few days ago for routine maintenance. The work was completed on time, everything looked good, and they recommended additional items that needed attention. I approved the work, picked up the car, and left satisfied. The next day, I noticed an issue. After doing some research, I realized it was related to the recent service, so I brought the car back to the shop and explained what I was experiencing. They immediately took the car in to inspect it. The service manager, Chris, came out and told me plainly that they hadn't done what they were supposed to and that they would fix it right away. No excuses. No blame-shifting. They owned the mistake without hesitation. And it was fixed within an hour. I never doubted they would take care of it, but what impressed me most was the honesty. Chris explained exactly what was wrong without deflecting responsibility or pointing to unrelated causes. That level of transparency and integrity is rare these days. This is what a truly honest repair shop looks like. Hartmann Motors doesn’t just deserve five stars — they deserve 100. I’ve always felt they were trustworthy, but this experience confirmed it completely. Great job, guys.

More like H-E-A-R-T-mann Motors. This shop cares about the work they do. Really appreciate getting my rig up and running once again. They did my rear brakes too while it was on the rack. Not to upsell either, but they want to make sure you're informed with other potential future issues. I definitely would have had to schedule it again within weeks to have them done anyways and this saved me at least 2-3 hours of my day getting it back out there again in the near future. Well done crew!

I have been a Hartmann customer for over 15 years. While all car repair now is expensive they consistently charge below dealer prices. I am also impressed by how they keep an electronic “medical” record of my vehicle with pictures. They get to know your car and warn you of a potential problem before it happens. They will do their best to fit your vehicle in for service if you have an immediate problem and need to get to multiple medical appointments as is our situation. They are great with repair AND customer service.
