I have spark plugs changed in my escape and now it has shorted the transmission to not want to drive. When I called him he said he would meet me where my car wad broken down at and guess what? HE NEVER SHOWED OR ANSWERED MY CALLS. What is wrong with admitting you ziptied a wire when it was supposed to be shortened and spliced into the correct wire. I'm homeless as it is and now I can't work to pay my car payment and insurance. Can anyone help me

We used this place to get a pre-purchase inspection on a van we ended up buying. Mario inspected the vehicle and informed us of only a couple minor issues. Took to another mechanic after buying, who informed us of more issues that will take at least another $1k to fix, including rust and an oil leak- that alone will be $700. Not only that, but Mario told us the alternator was bad. We had two other mechanics say it was in perfect condition. This is so disappointing- I will not be coming back.

I had a "Check Charging System" warning and took my car to Mario's for repair. Mario promptly identified that the issue was with my alternator, and he was able to fix my car on the same day at a reasonable price. Additionally, Mario was very friendly throughout the entire process. Based on my experience, I recommend him as a reliable mechanic.
