I’ve been taking my Subaru Crosstrek to the SE & MLK locations for about three years now. Their teams have always done a great job and my car never takes longer than expected and sometimes it’s done sooner! Great work & the membership program is a great deal for car owners!
Highly professional staff is willing to go through extra mile. After a service, my low tire pressure light came on so I called to ask about it and they invited me to stop by and they checked the pressure and confirmed the sensor was a false alarm. The team was ready to solve the problem regardless an I appreciate the commitment to customers.
Got my brakes done as well as a tire rotation and they so kindly hooked me up with an oil change, everything got done very quick and everything is running smoothly! Looking very clean
I have taken 2 cars here, 1 to get a membership w oil change, add transmission service. $250+ repair when wanted membership & oil change. No membership or oil change. Was okay w $250 had I got what I originally asked for. Second car I got back w a headlight out. The air filter wasn’t on the check list that even Jiffy Lube does. Looked and saw air filter wasn’t on not only filthy but the compartment/housing it was in was not properly/fully closed. I don’t know who runs the company but the manager at MLK is not just asleep at the wheel but must be a nepotism hire because consistent incompetence isn’t an excuse.
I was looking for a good place to take my car for an oil change. I haven’t particularly been a fan of some of the bigger chain companies that always try to sell you every nut and bolt and convince you of all the things that are wrong with your vehicle. I decided to give Green Drop Garage a call, I liked the person I spoke with on the phone, and I also liked their website and the services they offered that were included with an oil change. They were excellent to work with, they were very transparent, didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need, they were very expeditious and got my car back to me in the time agreed upon. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I will definitely be taking my car back when it’s time.
