Not transparent about pricing. Was looking for a new acupuncturist so tried this place based on reviews. Called asking about price before booking, was told around $150, asked again after providing my insurance information, again told around $150. Went for my appointment and still couldn't tell me what I needed to pay. Got the treatment which was just ok. Was told after they would bill me. More than a month later, the invoice is $236. I called their billing department about the difference in what I was told before and the invoice. They took no responsibility for the wrong information provided, all they had to say was to check with my insurance. My issue is not with my insurance, it is with the lack of clear pricing information that could easily be provided before making an appointment. For a place that touts "wellness" and does "holistic" practices, its sad that their business practices are misleading at best, profit driven at worst. Would not recommend supporting a place that values money over people.
