Recently attended the Benee concert here and was impressed with the revisions that have been made. The reviews are true, the staff is the kindest and most considerate at any local venue. I really appreciated an employee offering my kiddo some earphones. From the security guy to the gal taking the tickets, to the drink attendants, everyone was super stoked for us and really considerate. They kept saying they hoped we had a good time and to enjoy our night. I swear it was even cleaner than the last time I was there. The flow is a lot smoother now and loved the non alcoholic drink options. Thank you!

More reviews on GoogleFirst time here! It has a lot of bar areas to grab drinks from, which I liked. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff too. I feel that a lot of live music venues here don't necessarily have friendly people working for them. This place was different. A nice intimate show 🙂↕️
I really enjoyed my experience at Wonder Ballroom — it’s a smaller venue that feels personal and engaging, which makes shows feel much more special than larger arenas. The acoustics were warm and clear, and even with a standing‑room crowd, it never felt too chaotic or uncomfortable. Drinks were reasonably priced compared to other music spots in Portland, which was a nice surprise. All in all, a fun night with good music in a welcoming space — I’d definitely go back!
I love Wonder Ballroom and this my favorite venue in Portland for many reasons: 1) early in/early out concerts; 2) great and easy residential parking; 3) awesome acts; 4) beautiful venue inside and out; and 5) super-friendly staff....A+++ all around!
Event (09/30/2025) (Awful people and targeting specific people) They legit kicked out my friend for only have having one drink while I clearly see other people repeatedly go over to the open bar that they provided. This guard was literally eyeing my partner and I the moment her and I walked into our spot. Yes we went to the bar once or twice but that doesn’t excuse targeting her the whole time especially when the main show started. We felt uncomfortable to begin with. Like she said she felt like this man with a long beard was eyeing us the whole time. We were grateful with getting a bottle of water but the fact that she was escorted out and having the be kicked out was really uncalled for. Is there policy really kicking out a person who doesn’t seem to be a big threat and enjoying the show. If I could get my money back I would. I wouldn’t recommend going to a venue like these anymore. I would rather drive all our way to Seattle than here. I would like to talk with the manager on these people who felt like it was right targeting me and my friend to leave when we spent good money on this event. Definitely will be hearing from my attorneys about this situation
