Certain parts of the car were cleaner but they missed quite a few areas that are normal to clean and wipe down. There was some glue on the windshield from a phone stand that they made worse by streaking it across the front. Didn't clean the center console, still has hair and debris left from the previous owner along with some scuff marks on the exterior of the car that they didn't touch. My partner was able to remove pretty easily. Disappointing service, wouldn't recommend Dapper Pros.

Jacob came out this morning arriving on time to clean my daughter's soon-to-be car. We have a 2014 Chevy Equinox that sat too long and got a nasty mold infestation from moisture build-up Jacob did wonders for this little car in 3-hours!! He brought it back to showroom condition. Not only did he clean the whole car, but he spent so much time on the little details and it shows. He used so many different tools and enzymes to make it sparkle and smell soooo good! We could not be more impressed with the ease of this whole process. Communication was top-notch and they exceeded my expectations. We will definitely use them again and tell everyone I know. Thank you again for making sure our little car is safe and clean!! 5 stars🌟

EDIT: They came back and fixed some of the problems and apologized for the service so I appreciate that. By doing that I'd be willing to maybe give em another chance but my initial experience still happened. Car was definitely cleaner but they missed a bunch of little spots, fully didn't clean the windows which is totally baffling. Someone was supposed to come and fix it but that hasn't happened still. All the reviews seemed good but man... I wouldn't recommend or use them again to be honest.

Update: I had inside/outside detailing at my apartment building. Chris did an outstanding job. Fast & friendly, car looks like new. Now my neighbors want their car detailed! Excellent service! I can't say enough good things about Dapper Pro PDX. I had interior/exterior detailing and ceramic coating. The paint on my 5 year old car was restored to like new. All of the staff were very helpful, friendly and cheerful. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Edgar with Dapper Pros arrived promptly at 8am and got right to work on my truck. He spent 3-4 hrs detailing the inside and cleaning the outside of the vehicle. It smells clean, fresh and looks sparkly clean when he was done with it! Reasonable price to bring our truck back to life after muddy mats and dog hair on the seats. Camping trips are fun but it does cause your vehicle to have added items, mud, dirt, leaves, mess and crumbs. Thank you for taking great care of our vehicle today Edgar!
