Ordered a plastic bedliner online. Went to go pick it up a couple of days later at the dealership and it can't be found. Told to wait until Monday. An inconvenience since I don't live in the area. I get a call on Monday stating that it was "buried" under other items. I asked if it can be delivered to a dealership closer to me since it is an inconvenience for me to drive up there again.They tell me it can't be done. Overall a rather disappointing interaction. Never once did they offer to make it right since it was a mistake on their end. It was a rather large box so it makes me wonder how it was misplaced and their system for organizing these packages. If you need an auto part, it might be worth it to try another dealership.

Kevin was our favorite parts guy and always ensured we received excellent customer service. We need more parts guys like Kevin in our industry.

My wife and I picked up our part purchase on Oct. 28. Jackson, @the parts dept is a very accommodating person, he served us with a smile right through our transaction. He is a valued and well deserved person that a company can be proud which is very rare now in this day and age. Thank you Jackson!

One of their employees gave me an appointment time but didn't save it in their system. When I returned for my appointment the other employees did their best to make it right.

No return on special order parts even if they’re missing parts. The parts that are missing they cannot order. They suggested hardware store. My mistake for not asking if all the parts come with it to put it together. But you would think the parts associate would know that. It’s not his first day on the job
