Today l came in for oil change service at quick lane and I had a coupon for $10, they told me that it's good that I've mentioned about the coupon before they started the service. They didn't give me the price, but at the end when I came back the car was already standing by the door that it was done. But they still had to do some paperwork, the price they gave me was $25 more then usual service that I've done in the past. And the sticker wasn't updated and the oil reset wasn't performed in my car. At first I thought they didn't do anything and just charged me the money. I had to come back for the sticker and reset and also had to check the oil. I don't trust them anymore.

I came in with what I thought was a brand new tire that had gone flat. Turned out the dealership who installed my new tires did it extremely incorrectly. I came here and was greeted with pleasant customer service and transparency for every discovery that was made as well as effort from the staff to ensure I got it covered through warranty.

Needed new wiper blades and stopped in they installed for free. In and out less than 15 minutes great job
