Our Volvo XC90 was in a crash back in July 2025. We looked for about 2 months for a body shop who would work on a Volvo and wouldn't charge us crazy prices (we didn't use the insurance). We found Luis at Collision Werks after we looked at a bunch of other shops, and went by high reviews and recommendations. Glad we did because their estimate and final cost was very reasonable, thousands cheaper than the other estimates. The major repair was done early, and they did a great job (see before and after). Lots of parts replaced. They use genuine original equipment parts or certified aftermarket parts (no sketchy parts) and the paint looks factory-like it never happened. Overall a fantastic repair and experience. There was one part that took four months to come in due to backorder (just installed today 2/5/26), but Luis was communicative and kept us up to date the whole time and was willing to work with us if the part wasn't available. Overall, a great experience. This is a family-owned and run company and it shows. Highly recommended!
