Evil company, extremely overpriced with the rudest costumer service and the most lazy and careless staff. Every person there is genuinely terrible. I hope this place shuts down and no one ever has to deal with their incompetence and greediness ever again. Hate this place.
If I could no stars I would. Was like pulling teeth to get them to let me get my stuff out of my car. When I finally get my stuff from the car ((100$ they made me pay to get the stuff out during Norma office hours)) all of my jewelry I had and sex toys where gone. When I called to complain they said the car and the stuff inside was technically theirs now. I Let them know I was filling a complaint with the city about this. Was asked not to do that and to call a manager on Monday.
I locked my keys in my car and was assigned to Elite Towing. Fantastic customer service when I called. I was told a 60 minute ETA and Eric showed up in about 15 minutes. Fast, friendly service. Hopefully I don't see them again but if I do need help, I'd be happy to work with them again.
They deserve a zero. Yes my husband parked my car in the wrong spot and without a doubt we take responsibility but their customer service is a joke. They insisted we had to make an appointment to retrieve the car. They were an hour late with no apology or a heads up even though they had my number to reach me. When I asked for a discount for the inconvenience they said there was nothing they could do. I gave them the 450 cash they charged AND my ID with no hesitation and they would not release my car because we did not have proof of registration. Again, totally on us. I pushed back a little but he wasn't budging so I said I would go back to get proof of ownership and I asked for my ID and cash back and he refused. THEY called the police which seemed like an odd move considering they had my car, my money AND my ID. When the cops arrived they were rolling their eyes and laughing because I was trying to take MY car back that I had already paid the fine for. They assured him I was the owner because obviously they ran my plates but the truck driver and the owner of the company who was on the phone refused to release my car. It was absurd. Clearly it was some type of power trip. The police did tell me on the side that these businesses have horrible ethics and business practices and this particular business was no exception. They even lied about the prices. They said the state fixes the prices but there was another lady with a much bigger car who said this was the fourth time they towed her car and they only charged her 250. They released the car but with the condition that they would charge me $2 per min since the police got there even though they wasted MY time. I suppose we can hash that in civil court. This is a horrible business that doesn't know how to do business right. Kiara and the tow man were extremely unprofessional and do not know how to run a business properly. No wonder they are in THIS business. Get an education and a real career. Complete LOSERS. The owner should grow a pair and be the face of the company instead of paying other scumbags to do his dirty work. I asked for the owners number and they refused to give it to me. P.S Shout out to Tigard PD who were on-site almost immediately and did a great job of mediating the situation. As a woman of color I felt heard and respected by them.
My rear tire came off while in motion. There was no accident with another vehicle. No damage to any property or anyone. I have roadside assistance with my insurance. They dispatched me this business. I waited 2 hours. And, when the driver showed up, he said he couldn’t help me because this was an accident and his contract would not allow it. He told me to call my insurance. He said good luck. And then left. I called my insurance. They dispatched another company. They arrived within half an hour. And they towed my car without a problem. Which makes me question the motive of the driver to not help me. I’m a Mexican. Is he racist?
