Took care of problem and explained in detail what the problem was and possible future issues to monitor. In my case I was getting a High Voltage System error. They explained this does not mean a battery issue but other systems that use the high voltage feed. In my case the AC system which was low on fluid. This was filled and a dye added to point to exactly where possible leaks in the future are.
Overall was OK, people were nice and communicative and this was not the first time I took my Tahoe here. I just feel like, from a cost standpoint, I was taken advantage of. I specifically asked for (and was told I would receive) a quote ahead of time though wasn't given one so I showed up with no idea on what the cost was going to be for my 60k checkup. $2.2k later here I am.
Kylle McCullah gave 5 star world class customer service today when my 2024 SS Camaro had a fault ESC and was running rough...he got me taken care of completely and even ensured I could get to work and back while the car is being looked at. I am grateful for this level of service as it eased my mind around purchasing from Chevrolet and in the future I will definitely choose Carr Chevrolet now as my dealership of choice for friends and family and myself. I've been here a few years and they have always been average. Good people overall but nothing worth taking time to write a review. Today, a rep named Luis Vargas was an absolute hero. Not sure why he was the only one working but my man was going above and beyond with an amazing attitude. People were backed up and he just kept smiling and solving problems. Even caught some error from his team with loose tire bolts during all the chaos. Forced his team to fix it. Just an absolute unit and he deserves all the kudos. Will be coming back strictly because of him and I hope that man gets a Christmas bonus of the decade. Awesome to see someone be so many people down and crush it.
I recently had my 2013 Chevy Sonic LT towed in after a sudden breakdown. From the start, Christian in the service department was an outstanding advocate. He listened carefully to the urgency of my situation, kept me updated, and worked hard to make sure the diagnostics and repairs were completed quickly. He even let me know the new parts carry a 2-year warranty, which gives me great peace of mind. I also want to thank the technician(s) who worked on my car. They completed the coil pack and water pump repairs the same day, before my deadline, which took an enormous weight off my family’s shoulders. It’s never fun dealing with car trouble, but Carr Chevrolet’s team made the experience smooth, transparent, and reassuring. I’m very grateful for Christian’s support and the quick, professional work of the service team. Highly recommend!
