This is a great place to live for all veterans and their families. They assign you a room and social worker. This is not shelter, it's more like temporary housing for veterans and their families. This place has rules, classes and two square meals. If you can follow these simple rules, you can change your life for the positive. With being around with fellow veterans, helps with counseling, socializing, and getting things done in life and in Oregon.

The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, they provide well thought out services and consistent care. My only complaint is that their Administration can be a little heartless in dealing with people who have chronic pain, so be sure to switch to federally approved pain medications before becoming a guest.

We were welcomed. They provide free meals. They provide an addiction recovery for those who need it. Each "studio apartment" has a unique key that each resident receives.

They were there when i needed them , The Staff there are friendly and the Case workers are Second to none. Their Dinning Facility is World Class and the Chow is not bad at all. you do have rules that you have to follow and always show respect to Staff and fellow Veteran Residents .

My family and I were living here 4/2014 till 6/2016. Little slow helping us that is why we lived here for 26 months, other than that the only other thing that was messed up was the new director that took over during the end of our stay. New director dropped my rating from 5 to 4. Food was the best that could be done with what they had. Staff (other than new director) were very helpful and kind. I mentioned slow with the help because it took 20 months to get me a housing voucher. But after I got the voucher things went fast. I was approved to live at a "still under construction" apartment complex or I may have been out months sooner. We are grateful for this facility and program. Every veteran in need should check it out. Just follow the "plan and rules" of your program and you can also make changes in your life for the better. This post comes from "THE CLIENT". If you understand that, you know me.
