I had an excellent experience working with Alexander Burgess at Beaverton Toyota. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He really knows the Toyota lineup and took the time to explain the differences between the models so I could make the right decision without feeling pressured. Alexander made the entire process smooth and straightforward. He was transparent about pricing, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt confident in the purchase. It’s rare to find a salesperson who combines product expertise with genuine customer service, but he absolutely does. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares about helping you find the right vehicle and making the experience enjoyable, I highly recommend asking for Alexander Burgess at Beaverton Toyota. I would definitely buy from him again.

David was the most professional salesman I have ever worked with. Nice showroom and food/coffee court. Still wait for resolution to damage that was on my front winch bumper that needs to be fixed. But other than that I’m very happy. It is now 74 days later (March 7, 2026), and nothing has been done to fulfill their agreement to repair damaged bumper. Now it is rusting. It’s gone from “We will take care of it”. To “Have you gotten a quote?” Not how I was expected to be taken care of, for $85K.

Woke up this morning to this beautiful 2026 Toyota Camry XSE and I’m still in disbelief. Jon was honestly amazing to work with today. He helped me get into my 2026 Toyota Camry XSE and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was patient, answered all my questions, and didn’t make me feel pressured at all. He was also very helpful when it came to pricing and made sure everything was fair and clearly explained. He really took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to leave happy. If you’re looking for someone professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, ask for Jon. 10/10 experience!

We always dread having to buy a new car, mostly due to a series of horrible interactions with auto dealerships in the past. So imagine our surprise when we had a totally positive experience at Beaverton Toyota. Our sales rep Chris Souza was efficient, knowledgable and helped us zero-in on the perfect Rav4 that met our needs. We especially appreciated Beaverton Toyota's no-pressure approach and the absence of a Finance Department to wrangle with. Chris handled it all and we closed the deal with little fuss in record time. We can definitely recommend that you give this dealership a visit when you need your next Toyota vehicle!

This Toyota dealership was very clean with nice employees and good customer service. This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership, which can be daunting, and from my first day test driving cars and discussing options with Jon to securing the car I wanted as it was being built and purchasing it with Tony, I received excellent communication and respect. At the end of the day, despite being a CLEAR dealership, it did feel that the salesmen were still trying to make a sale (understandable), but they worked with me well in getting my dream car for a good price. The only time I felt pressure or pushiness was with regard to the CLEAR Care package (7 year extended warranty), which I ultimately declined at the time of purchase with the option to add it on at a later date. At that time, I did feel frustration from the salesman’s end, but it was short lived, and we were able to move on and finalize the sale. All in all, I’m very pleased with the car buying experience I had at Beaverton Toyota, and I would recommend this dealership to any friends or family in search of a new car! Thank you Jon and Tony for helping me buy my new 2025 RAV4 XLE Hybrid. I am very excited to have joined the Toyota community and look forward to many years of adventuring in my new car!
