10/10, would recommend. After being awake for 24 hours, and moving across town, we ended up with a nail in one of our truck tires .. resulting in a slow leak. A&O were open and told us to come on by! A short MAYBE 20 minutes later, our tire was patched FOR FREE and ready to be on the road. Absolutely amazing service.
I called because I needed two tires to hold me over until I could get a full new set… Tony got me in right before they were closing and had me taken care of in about 15 minutes. We spoke about costs for a new set and he gave me an offer I wouldn’t refuse! I will be back in a month for a new set and I’m sending everyone I know his way! He is absolutely easy to work with and gets the job done! Thank you Tony you saved me yesterday and I plan on being a reoccurring customer! I appreciate you tremendously.
These guys are great, super helpful and friendly, getting it done! I came in on a donut and three sleepy tires on a super tight budget and am leaving on four new tires for a great price. Come support em'! They'll take care of you.
Jesus was wonderful. He stayed a little after 6 on a Sun to help me with my flat tire since we took longer to put a spare on. I was just buying a used tire from him since it would be 12 days before I could go through warranty(no day off).An employee no longer with him scrapped my old tire in the trunk I needed for warranty when he was putting my spare tire in the trunk. It is a common procedure to recycle. Jesus was very apologetic, & he was kind enough to call Lovely Tires to vouch I really did have the tire for warranty, & was going to give me a refund but we decided to save it for an $80 credit for the future. They were really fast. We look forward to switching our business here after our other tires are done with warranty.
Incredible customer service, very kind! I No appointment, I had an emergency! A&O Quality Tires was 10 minutes away from closing when my tire picked up a nail. With my wife and three kids in the car I panicked as I rolled into this shop. I'm very impressed. Within 10 min or maybe 15 minutes they replaced my tire with a really nice 60% tread tire mounted, balanced, and installed, they recycled my old tire and the cost was like less then 50$ all I had on me at the time! This was two years ago and I still recommend this shop to everyone I meet in need of tire service. He had a full garage at the time and could have easily turned us away. I felt valued and respected. I returned with a six pack later to show gratitude. These guys are amazing!
