This place is a gem. The front desk lady is extremely nice and inviting. My wife came in here a week ago and told me I should go here and it exceeded my expectations. Julie was amazing from start to finish. She was very informative and knowledgeable about acupuncture. The treatment was very relaxing. I’ll be coming back weekly.
I had a great experience here. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, and my acupuncturist, Julie, was knowledgeable, personable, and easy to talk to. She took time to explain things and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. Overall, a very positive experience, and I’ve already scheduled my next appointment. Highly recommend!
I decided to try acupuncture to deal with some chronic pain, but after trying many other things and not having much success, it was more out of desperation over optimism. Auden led me through my first session, he was very patient and perceptive. He eased in to each step. I felt really great afterwards and it lasted a few days so I decided to book regular appointments. Each appointment, I'm impressed with how skill Auden is. He has excellent attention to detail and checks in to make sure I am getting the treatment I need. My back, hip, and especially foot pain are substantially better after only four sessions. I look forward to continuing my journey of healing with Auden.
I highly recommend Vitalize wellness for your self care needs. I have experienced an amazing facial from Christy and then most recently acupuncture with Dr Fox. He is kind, personable and knowledgeable. I will be returning for work on my back and shoulder!

From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and sweet — from the front desk staff to Julie, the acupuncturist. Julie was empathetic, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to listen, made me feel comfortable, and explained things clearly, which I really appreciated. The entire experience felt calm, supportive, and professional. I highly recommend this clinic and feel very confident continuing care here after just my first visit.
