Kenton location. At least once a week my sensitive mail arrives entirely open and rifled through. As in, I collect it directly from the mail carrier's hands, and it's already open. It's always medical and government letters that are opened. It's not something I've dealt with anywhere else prior to this address, and it has increased in the last few years. Today I received a tax document and it was barely put all the back in the envelope. Since the mail theft and disruption happens before it hits my mailbox, this is not a reliable post office. I have (calmly and politely) mentioned the problems to this post office in the past, and received a "what can you do?" response. . I guess we just live with it? Disappointing

Whenever I have to call this post office they’re always super rude and I always have to go above their heads for answers. It’s getting absolutely ridiculous. I haven’t gotten my mail in almost 2 weeks and I use the informed delivery app. I have had bills, W2s, and more not show up just in the last 10 days.

Wouldn't change my address over because I didn't have an old piece of mail after charging me for it online. Said they're trying to stop identity theft even though I had my ID and everything. Dumb policies that don't make sense.

I stood in line for 30 minutes, watched two employees walk away, by the time I go to the counter, I told her I had a train to catch and I swear she slow down. I literally watched my train pull away as I ran to station and subsequently missed my appointment. There were two people in front of me when I got to the post office. It should not have taken 45 minutes! My time at the counter took 15. I had five packages with QR codes! LIVID!!!!

I was expecting expedited mail that were sent out from the agency 6/10/2025. These documents should have been either held at the USPS facility per previous discussions with the staff, or brought to the apartment and left with the leasing agent. These documents, plus a substantial number of others, eventually made their way to me on *7/31/2025*. This is unacceptable. I checked in with the USPS facility several times, and was told conflicting information that absolutely no mail was being held. I'm not sure why this happened, but I have lost a lot of trust in this facility.
