Had body work to repair damage from a small collision, mostly covered by insurance. Everything looks great and there are no rattles or strange noises. Janaes was great to work with and provided good communication!
Mackin's provided outstanding service on my 2011 Mazda 3, replacing a badly dented door and respraying two additional panels under my insurance coverage. They communicated quickly and accurately with me and my inusrance company about the estimate and time it would take to get the work done and provided ample progress updates along the way. Work was even finished slightly ahead of schedule and the final product looks fantastic! I would highly reccomend working with Mackin's to anyone and will be returning in the future if I ever need work done.
I will never bring my car anywhere else! The guys here are so incredibly nice and they do a fantastic job. I came in after someone smashed into my new car and they made it look new again. They gave me text updates every week to let me know what was happening and we're really easy to work with. A few months later when the rain started the headliner in my car started leaking. I thought it might be related to the previous repair so I brought my car back to Mackin. Sean found that my sunroof drains were actually clogged and he fixed it immediately, same day!! He even took photos for me so I could see what was happening inside my sunroof. He was incredibly kind and understanding. Today I had to go back a third time because I ran through some paint in the road that splashed all over my car. I went in to get a quote to see if they could fix it. Kyle went out to take a look and told me he was going to see if he could just remove it for me really quickly. He was literally out there scrubbing the paint off my car for me and then refused to let me pay him. I don't think I've ever had anyone at any mechanic or auto body shop be as kind to me as Kyle and Sean and the rest of the team at Mackin have been. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a place that genuinely cares about their customers, and like I said, I will never go anywhere else. Edit: I should have also mentioned Janeas in my initial review. He was the first person who helped me when I got in an accident. He sent me updates every week and was super patient with me even though I was really upset and freaked out about my new car being smashed. Just like, everyone else I've mentioned, he was also extremely kind and helpful, so I want to make sure he gets a shout out too!!!
10/10 recommend Mackin’s! They were great communicators, faster than they estimated and gave us back our car repaired and painted as well as spotless, inside and out!
I called Mackin’s for some body damage following an accident and they got me a quote quickly and pretty much took care of everything through my insurance including rental car set up. Jonathan was great at keeping me up to date. The work took longer than either of us expected due to part delays and unexpected damage, but I was made aware of everything that was happening along the way. Crystal and Liz at the front desk were always extremely friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. I appreciate Mackin’s for getting my car back to me in one piece, you could never tell it was in an accident.
