Everyone at Dominic Scott’s agency is super friendly and genuinely helpful. I had a question about my policy that I sent a message via my AmFam app. I was responded to the very next day via email by Dominic as well as a phone call from one of his team members. This was a priority for them to help make sure I had everything I needed within the coverages on my homeowners policy. Definitely recommend !!

We’ve been covered by American Family Insurance for many, many years: home, auto, and liability. Dominic and his staff are responsive, professional, and friendly. At least once a year, Dominic reaches out to schedule a review so we can be assured of getting the lowest premiums for our situation. Whenever I have a question about coverage or cost, Dominic is quick to respond with understandable answers. The office staff have always been helpful, too. I've occasionally priced other companies, but can’t remember ever finding a significantly lower rate that would prompt me to risk switching.

I have been with American Family Insurance since 2012, and I can't say enough good things about them. I have had a couple claims with them (homeowner and vehicle). Nobody likes to file claims, but let me say, all the adjusters I have worked with have been AMAZING! They have been so amazing and so easy to work with. They were so polite and helped me through the claims process without making me feel horrible about filing the claim. I can honestly say that I will not go to another insurance company as they have treated me so wonderful over the years! I work with Dominic Scott out of Portland, and he's amazing. If you are looking for a new insurance company for homeowners insurance or vehicle coverage, I highly recommend going to American Family Insurance. They are amazing!
