This place is awesome! I took my car in for a tune-up and repair on the starter and they did an amazing job for an even better price. I am an insurance agent and I send all of my clients here because they are knowledgeable, quick and affordable. GREAT SERVICE!!!
The absolute best! It’s so nice to know there are still honest auto shops out there that are truly trying to help. As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, Triple O really took the time to explain and make sure I was comfortable with every step. Quality care, affordable prices and the best part.. I didn’t have to buy a new car! Ask for Spencer, he was awesome 👏
These guys are awesome! Personable, professional, & fast!! After calling around they also have the best prices. They even squeezed me in last minute. . Usually taking my car in as a girl, other places have always tried to get me to spend more but that wasn’t the case here. I felt totally comfortable & highly recommend them to any friends or family.
If you're looking for a trustworthy place that does quality and honest work, look no further! Triple O Auto is AMAZING! My car needed an emergency repair a couple weeks ago and I am so grateful I took a recommendation to come here. They were incredibly knowledgable, transparent, empathetic, and communicative. The issue was identified immediately and they knew exactly what to do to fix it and had it done fast. One of the team members even did a test drive to ensure that there were no other lingering issues. They thoroughly explained all the work they did and advised me on the health of my car as a whole. They didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary or fix anything that didn't need to be fixed, which was a breath of fresh air. Triple O Auto goes above and beyond for their customers- A+ customer service! They gained a loyal customer and I already have and will continue to recommend them to anyone. I had no issues getting my car towed there and it was a breeze picking it up. The location is accessible and secure. The cost was transparent and very reasonable. The whole team was friendly and had strong work ethic. All of my questions were answered with respect and honesty. I have a Toyota hybrid that's about 20 years old and have run into issues with other shops not knowing how to properly service it. Triple O knew their stuff and were very helpful. Overall a fantastic experience!
Truly cannot recommend this shop enough! If you’re needing a reliable, trustworthy, affordable auto shop with some of the best communication and customer service , run! Don’t walk! Triple O is, the IT shop! We had got a referral from a friend and from the minute I spoke with, Spencer and his team I knew right away that this was the shop I’ve been looking so desperately for! He got us in super quick and was on top of the process with us from start to finish. My yukon was having some issues with what we thought was the transmission, but turns out that wasn’t the case. He informed us of what it actually was and was able to correct the issue with no issues. My car now runs and drives so smoothly again and that’s such a relief! The price was more than affordable and their work is top tier. 10/10 will be utilizing them for any and all of our vehicles needs going forward and will recommended them over and over to anyone needing auto work done!
