I’ve had a wonderful experience at Bridgetown Auto. Greg is extremely welcoming and explains things in terms anyone can understand. The inspection I received was very thorough and all repairs were done in a timely manner. After hours drop off is simple and convenient as well. If you are looking for an honest auto shop that listens to your concerns and doesn’t try to pressure you into services you don’t need, I highly recommend you give them a call.

The techs at Bridgetown are awesome! I had an issue with my car recently and was stressed about the outcome. I called in and they told me to bring it in and they will fit me in to look it over, come to find out it was covered under warranty from work done previously and I had no stress over it. They delivered my car to my home at the end of the day after it was all fixed. I will be singing this shops praises for a lifetime!! Thanks again! 😊

Greg and Chris were very knowledgeble and most kind and respectful. And very helpful. I was told when I bought my car that it is considered a sport car and it runs like one now! I am very grateful they took the patience and kindness to help me understand everything. And also the kindness of the young man who gave me rides to and from my house! Thanks Guys!

Being newer to the area one is always cautious finding a shop. Bridgetown Automotive has been one of those Good finds. Dealership's give you the run around and then charge like your made of $$$. And most of the time treat you like a number, at least the local toyota Dealership did me. Greg at Bridgetown was awesome and even tho there were snags completing the job due to an outside source, I was notified all along the way and all turned out great. Definitely will recommend them in our future. Give them a shot, great people and quality work!

Not long ago, I moved from the area where I had a trusted mechanic for many years. However, I’ve relocated and now that mechanic is some distance away. Because of that, I went in search of a new mechanic that I could trust and that would offer top-notch service. I did all my homework, read the reviews and even sought the advice from a couple of AI platforms that could do a deep dive into the companies I was considering. Bridgetown Automotive came to the top of my list. I had a number of maintenance requirements that needed attention including transmission oil, brake fluid, power steering, and differential that all needed the fluid changed. I turned to Bridgetown to do the work and came to understand why Bridgetown earned nearly all five stars in their performance ratings on Google and other search engines. The staff members that I worked with, Greg and Andrew, were very professional and trustworthy. They went out of their way to make sure that my car was properly tended to and were willing to go above and beyond if there was any additional needs. While it may not be critical on the fluids but would be for other repairs, Bridgetown offers a three-year 36,000 mile warranty on their work. All their mechanics are ASE Certified and do a great job, all at a reasonable price. If you’re in the market for a company you can trust with your automobile maintenance and repairs, I’d highly recommend Bridgetown Automotive.
