They deserve their high rating. I went in just for a diagnostic and ended up learning way more about my care than I ever have before and I had the issue explained to me in plain English using the dealer's own Service Bulletin. They don't do the particular service I need, which involves taking my engine apart, but I got pushed in the right direction and am more knowledgeable about what to ask for than I've ever been in a conversation about car mechanics.

Top notch service, both from a mechanical standpoint but also a customer service experience.
