I’ve worked with Sun Auto previously and I think they do good work. This visit was pretty minimal— they had to repair a broken side mirror. It’s an older car, but they had the part in two days and they got the car fixed in about 40 minutes. Easy-peasy.
just took my car in today for a scheduled oil change. I was told it would be about an hour and a half until done. I decided to walk around the neighborhood, get a bite to eat, do a little bit of grocery shopping since it was only two blocks from auto store. I returned to shop after two hours still not having heard back from them and when I inquired if my car was done I was told it was not. It had not even had the oil change started. It had been lost in the shuffle and it would still be a while before it was done. Within minutes of having been told this, and with no prompting from me, I was told the oil change would be no charge today due to the mixup. You can’t get any better customer service than that. I have been impressed with Sun Auto customer service everytime i’ve been in there. highly recommend.
I had a great experience with Sun Auto Tire and Service. The staff was very friendly. I was kept up to date on the progress in a timely fashion. My work was completed without issue in a timely fashion. And the price was great. I had gotten quotes for tires from another company that I have used for many years and they beat the cost by over 33%. Very happy to have used them.
I came in because my check engine light was on after just being serviced. Son auto was helpful with diagnosing the issue and recommended a simple solution I will continue to work with son auto… I believe that they are a quality establishment, honestly serving local customers.
Kody was great! Came in on a Saturday right after they opened needed a tire replaced. He let me know they were short handed and completely booked. Told me he would do what he could. 2 hrs later I had my car back. Great service thank you Kody
