Had my alarm put in here and they were great, stopped by today for a small part I needed for another project and they were very helpful. I would choose to do business with with this store again

There is no problems with this place You want good quality sound system this is the place to go. Do not go to outrageous audio come here instead employers know what they're doing and their professional

Chris and Jeff have gone above and beyond with helping me get my factory cameras moved to accommodate a cap/top I put on my 24 Tacoma. I found an extension kit to move them from the back of the cab to the back of my cap, where the cams would be useful again. Jeff caught a faulty cable before install!! Saved me $$$. The kit company dropped the ball on getting the replacement to us for a week and a half, but these guys took it in stride, keeping my rig safe so I didn’t have to pay to put it back together until cable replacement was delivered. They have also helped me troubleshoot a dash cam setup I was putting in another vehicle. I like to try to do it myself. Turned out the wires on my cam system were colored backwards of the norm. Jeff not only discovered that when I was stumped, but educated me on it. I love to learn and do what I can myself, but need help sometimes. I would recommend this store and this crew to anyone looking for superior service!! High praise and thanks to Gresham Stereo King staff!! Thank you!!

Went to a few different audio places to get quotes on installing a touch screen into my old car and got ridiculous pricing so decided to go to Best Buy to buy all the stuff and DIY it.. of course it didn’t go as planned and I was missing a million different parts. We got the screen to work but the audio was not working at all. Came here to see what’s up as a last resort and just said I’ll pay whatever to get it fixed expecting hundreds of dollars to be spent AGAIN. Anyway, came in, described my issue, and the gentleman named Chris helped me and just sold me the two parts that was missing to put everything together rather than quoting me hundreds to replace everything. Didn’t make me feel stupid and dumbed everything down. I appreciate the help and support I received here and it was nice that I wasn’t bombarded with a hundred different quotes for what COULD be wrong. Thank you!
