Greg and his team re-painted my 2007 Victory Hammer motorcycle with a paint called Psychotic Illusions. The color of the paint changes with the light source. They did an incredible job, it's been almost (5) years since the work, and the paint, color, lustre and overall finish is still perfect.
Angie and Southwest Autobody has been a godsend for us! We've had the best experiences, with now two different incidences with our vehicle. Angie is so personable and friendly - she makes a stressful and complicated situation easy to understand, which provides so much comfort! We feel so confident we are in great hands here and are very grateful! The work is top notch and speedy and the price is FAIR! All you can ask for from a body shop if you ask me! We will continue to use them and will absolutely refer our friends and family.
I wish I had more time and more space to leave my review regarding SW Autobody and Frame. The small Portland based family run and operated business not only achieved amazing results with their craftsmanship but they truly went above and beyond in customer service. Their communication and level of detail when it came to everything from explaining their services, how and what they do in terms of the repair, the information they provided (spot on by the way) exceeded in every detail my expectations. Not only did they do the car early (not expected but definitely appreciated) they also did it to perfection. It looks brand new! From the moment you walk in to the information about the repair was both informative as well as highly accurate. They provide factory original parts in every single possible way unless the part simply cannot be acquired but they let you know. In terms of the overall feel and ease to work with they are 10 stars. I have never in my over 50 years experienced an auto body shop that has ever performed to this level of quality and satisfaction like they have. I am incredibly pleased.
I have utilized Southwest auto bodies services for 20 years plus and have referred many people there as well. Always have had optimum results with everything!
Angela knows what she's doing and could tell me my car was totaled before I even got out! Very friendly, knowledgable, efficient, and candid about my repairs with qualified advice on dealing with insurance
