I went in to Hillside imports expecting to spend real money getting my Audi S5 all brought up to snuff- Rene researched my past repairs and just was so honest with me -I felt like I was in the twilight zone. He didn't even see a cause to do an oil change! He was good humored, completely honest, and I got a feeling- super knowledgeable. OK. how often do you find a mechanic that is almost walking distance from you, is totally professional, and has integrity ?

We were referred to Hillside by our MINI shop after our Audi Q5 mirror was busted. They mentioned Hillside might have a repair kit to fix it. When we arrived, the team let us know the mirror was beyond repair but offered to look for a used one since a new one would cost over $1,500. In the meantime, they managed to “rig” it temporarily so we could drive safely—and even vacuumed the floor before sending us on our way at no charge!
I later found a replacement mirror on eBay for just $70, and Hillside installed it for only $92.50. They were friendly, honest, and very reasonably priced. After two disaster experiences with Beaverton Audi, we’re incredibly grateful to have found this shop. We’re customers for life.

Although I came away disappointed from my visit with Hillside Imports, I told them they had a customer for life.
I took my GTI in to have a custom air intake installed and secured early on Friday. Within three hours I received a phone call from Rene who informed me of several problems that the dealer had overlooked when I purchased the car two weeks prior.
The problems included, lack of a catalytic converter, (which meant it would fail DEQ), an exhaust leak, tire and suspension problems, and a couple more. I asked Rene if he would document all the problems so I could confront the dealer. He obliged me and it was ready when I picked up the car.
All of the people were friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I only wish that I could continue taking my GTI to them, but it WILL be going back to the dealer!

Hillside Imports did an outstanding job installing my new H&R springs on my Audi Q5, delivering good workmanship and top-notch service. The ride quality is noticeably improved, highly recommended!
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Hillside Imports, and I can't express enough how impressed I am with their service. I called them on a Friday to see if they could look at my daughter's 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. From the moment I spoke with them on the phone, they were incredibly nice and accommodating. Despite being fully booked, they made an effort to get to her car as soon as possible.
By Monday at 10 am, the car was ready for pickup. When we went to collect it, we had the chance to meet Rene and Krista, who we spoke with on the phone. They were just as kind and polite in person. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service are truly commendable.
