These guys are seriously so awesome. I was down to the wire prepping for my trip to Baja and needed a new rack to hold my top oak rooftop tent and awning. Jacob spent a ton of time going over the different racking options and pricing. He got me in at the last minute to get all the work done within days of my trip! They were very reasonably priced, super friendly, and the shop dogs are awesome. I will not go anywhere else to upgrade my rig. I highly recommend stopping by and seeing what they can do for you!

I went here because my Thule Cargo Box started leaking water. I noticed water was leaking where the plastic rivets hold the vertical posts that mount the top part of shell to the bottom. The roof rack technician originally told me it would be $60 to replace the rivets. I said this was fine, I was on a road trip and didn’t have the option to unload all my stuff at home and make a warranty claim. The rivets ended up being fine, and the technician used a black silicone sealant. This saved my whole road trip. I would highly recommend this place for roof rack and cargo sales and service.

We had purchased a Yakima storage box from the now closed downtown location a few years ago. The product has worked great for us over the years until I recently broke the key off inside the key hole. I took it to this Tigard location and they fished it out, free of charge, and I was able to grab a new key. Excellent service, would recommend.

I ordered two items from Real Truck and after the order was placed, I was advised they were on back order. They have been on back order for over three months and nobody at Real Truck could explain why or when I would receive my items. I searched high and low and nobody had these items in stock. I finally came across Rack Attack and found one of my items in stock in Oregon and the item at Rack Attack in Minnesota. I called both locations and each had one item remaining on the shelf. Both associates were SUPER courteous and pulled the items and shipped them to me. I am more than pleased with the way they handled my situation. I will definitely deal with them again. Just call the store and speak to them. They are great!!! Unfortunately there are no locations in NJ, so shipping will have to work for me. Thanks Rack Attack!!!!

Our experience at the Tigard Rack Attack truly earned a full 5 stars from beginning to end. The team responded to my email inquiry made through the website within 24 hours, providing really helpful guidance. Brandon at the store was great at helping us find the right product and parts. And Zack went way out his way to help modify anchor plates so they could accommodate our unusual roof tracks. Everyone was super nice. As long as I live in this area I will continue to shop at this store.
