I was helped by Joe and a young guy, both were incredibly wonderful! Joe came out and put on my wiper blade to make sure it would be a good fit, answered all my questions and I feel like I came out of this with some knowledge! Really appreciate it!
I had an amazing experience here. They replaced my car battery at no cost, which I truly appreciate. The staff was professional, honest, and very kind. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back. Thank you!
Bruce- AutoZone Tigard or. My savior! How to light out my BMW actually came out to my car. Got a lightbulb figured out. I really didn’t need a lightbulb. Didn’t charge me. He didn’t have to do that so I’m a forever customer. This guy is awesome. went extra mile for sure. I will forever be a customer here but the second time I had a similar situation these guys really care. Thank you, Bruce at auto zone !!!
My car battery went dead after I left the dome light on. I went in. to Autozone and all the associates were super helpful. I asked if I could have some assistance with seeing where my battery was at. A friendly associate/manager John M. Helped me out. I asked about a portable charger and John helped my with a variety of them and helped me pick out one. He was so helpful, cheerful and kind. I bought the charger and will do all of my car parts shopping here!
Fantastic Service and a Great Experience at AutoZone! I recently went into the AutoZone on Highway 99 to purchase three windshield wipers for my car. They had the two for the front in stock but were out of the rear wiper blade. The associate there was very helpful and allowed me to pay for all three right there, then directed me to this nearby AutoZone location to pick up the rear wiper that was in stock. When I arrived, Avery helped me right away, and he was absolutely outstanding! He was professional, polite, and incredibly courteous from the moment I walked in. He immediately located my wiper, walked me through the process with a smile, and then went above and beyond by coming outside to install it on my car. He even made sure it worked perfectly before I left. That kind of service is rare these days, and I truly appreciated his attention to detail and kindness. The entire experience was quick, easy, and efficient. Both AutoZone locations worked together seamlessly, and Avery’s customer service really stood out. He’s a true asset to the company. I’ll definitely be returning to AutoZone for future car needs and will happily recommend this store to anyone looking for excellent service and knowledgeable, friendly staff.
