In the last many, many years my visits to P&L often felt dismissive. Interactions were brief, answers were curt, and there was a little eye contact or engagement. The overall tone came across as disinterested rather than welcoming. Unless- you happened to mention where you were building your home (money location) or came in dressed as money. Then you were greeted and attended to. ick More recently, I was met with a genuine smile (Katy), and a friendly greeting. There’s no being followed or pushed, but the welcome is immediate, and it feels easy to ask questions or engage when you’re ready. Well done.

I worked with Kimberly Novosel at Pratt & Larson and she made the experience stress free and fun. She has a great eye for design and most importantly she was so kind and helpful. Most people go to Pratt & Larson for the beautiful tile (and that's so true) but I would also recommend them because of their staff like Kimberly! She was amazing to work with! :)

Amy was extremely helpful assisting me in choosing the lovely tile for the bathroom that I installed in my home, including estimates of the amount of tiles that I needed for project and their prices. I highly recommend her to anyone requiring assistance with a similar project.

Beyond the beautiful and wide-ranging tile options, the staff make working with Pratt & Larson an interior designer's dream. Kimberly (and the others!) are incredibly knowledgeable about their products, passionate about the process, and their design sensibilities go above and beyond.

Kimberly was fantastic! Even for my small order of some corner pieces, I was treated so kindly and attentively. They look FANTASTIC in our newly remodeled bathroom. I'd highly recommend Pratt + Larson and if you get the opportunity to work with Kimberly, you'll be well taken care of.
