Ordered CKT bd for gauges. They didn’t tell me they were out of stock and had to make them waited several weeks then Called twice and finally was told might make them in a few weeks! Buyer beware if u order something from them make sure to inquire if it’s in stock! They same very lackadaisical on filling orders. Friendly on the phone but not motivated at all.
Looks like some folks have had less than great experiences with this company. I think the ones with good experience just never do reviews. My experience with ordering engine parts was first class. I called and spoke with Erik, he was very knowledgeable and professional. Found the parts, took my info, said it would be 5-7 days. I received them the sixth day. BUYER BEWARE! They will *gladly* take your money and then never send you the products you ordered. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them and never received the parts I ordered. I've called a million times, no answer. I've emailed, no answer. It's been over a year since I ordered the parts, and nothing. They've left me no choice but to file a lawsuit. I'm sure I'll conveniently get a response when they get served.
Should be able to give them 0 stars. They don't even deserve 1 star. Ordered door and windows kits. Parts did not fit. Contacted them and no response. I then needed a fuel sending unit. I ordered online 5/22/16 and when I checked status on 5/24 they indicated it wouldn't be available until July. I asked to have it cancelled. Even though ?I cancelled they charge my credit card on 5/24/16 and as of today 7/2/16 still no credit. They do not respond and charge you for products they haven't even shipped. They are crooks and avoid at all cost.
great company until you have a parts issue. NO ONE, not even a manager will call back. even after several messages. when I do talk to a "live person," they can't reach a decision maker. they have no problem taking the money. but very poor customer service when it comes to returns or addressing any other issues. make sure what you order is specific. good luck if you have any problems. I will be buying my Scout parts from a more reliable source.
