I had a wonderful experience at Green Drop Garage! They were able to get me in immediately, which was a huge relief. The team was incredibly thorough—they went over every single issue my car was having and explained everything clearly. Most importantly, they gave me a very fair price for the repairs. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
I was in the market for a used car and brought two prospective purchases in for pre-purchase inspections. The folks at Green Drop were quite helpful in reviewing the potential issues with both vehicles. They identified “unusual” history with the first vehicle (part replacements would be consistent with an accident not reported in CarFax) and what were typical “wear and tear” needs.
Jonathan at Green Drop Garage (Moreland garage) was absolutely the best place I have used in 20 years!!! His professialism, attention to detail, customer service and quick turnaround couldn't be achieved or matched by any other place. All other places said replacing my gas tank would take 4+ weeks...Jonathan returned my car in 10 days!!! Jonathan worked seamlessly with Alex at Calibur Collision in Tualatin. Jonathan kept me updated via text messages on the status of my car on a regular basis. I HIGHLY recommend Green Drop Garage on SE 28th (Moreland location) and have told so many people about them already. I took my fiat 500 here since the engine light was on. I called first since a lot of places don’t work with fiats and I’m glad they could help. They did an incredibly thorough diagnostic with all the estimates and emailed it to me. As long as I’ve had my car it’s gotten a few repairs and I’ve never had that done, only the problems I’ve mentioned were fixed, MAYBE. I chosen to due a few repairs at the time and come back and they finished my car quickly. The service advisor Johnathan also gave me advice since it was lot of repair for my car. I really appreciate that! I’m just a girl and green drop garage understood.
