I first found Omar about a year and a half ago and I have been bringing my 2011 Ford Ranger & Subaru Outback to him exclusively since. I also send anyone I know looking for a reliable and honest mechanic his way! Omar and the team are the absolute best. Does great work and is always transparent about the price of parts. He won’t scam or upsell you. He will get the job done AND make you smile. What a deal. Truly!
Our Bond Organ Builders company van has quite a few miles on it. In the fall, the 'check engine' light came on, but we still needed to use the vehicle locally for our business to get through the holidays. I drove it to Omar's shop last week, noticing another grinding sound. Long story short, it needed a few new wheel bearings, an oil change and a few other things. I had the expectation that it might take as much as a week, but Omar had it ready later the next day. It runs great again! Omar and his employee were kind, clear about the work, and quick!
Omar is amazing! He provided superior customer service. He fixed the Engine Mount on my BMW X3. Not only did he pick up my SUV from my place of work for free, he had it fixed in a few hours and charged me the best price! He is honest and super friendly. Just an amazing experience especially for a female customer. I will take my vehicle to Omar from now on and you should too!
Don’t walk, RUNNN here for anything you need car related! I was in an accident where I was afraid my car might be deemed “totaled.” ( I had juuuust bought it a month ago!) Omar is the kindest person I’ve ever worked with and assured me he could fix it! I am often concerned that I might be financially taken advantage of at mechanic shops, but Omar works with your budget. This was an incredible deal that got me back to work asap! The whole shop consistently communicates. The job was beautifully done. Can’t recommend enough. I am truly grateful and won’t go anywhere else.
I recently had a stellar experience with Omar Auto following an unfortunate car accident to my Mazda CX-5.
