Update 2: All previous complaints have been fixed. The tint on the back glass in particular is impressive given how cramped the space is to access. You can tell a lot of time and care was put into making it right.
Update 1: Got an appointment to get the tint redone. Will update again.
I feel like I overpaid for the poor quality of the installation of window tint. Got the two side windows and rear glass done on my coupe. There are dirt speck clusters, some bubbles, and a few spots where the tint appears to have some blemishes. Tried reaching out to get it redone, and it’s taking forever to receive communications from them since getting it done over two months ago.
In addition to the unsatisfactory quality of the install, no certificate (required by Oregon law) has been provided that shows proof of the VLT, reflectance, etc.

I absolutely love the work that Tony and the guys did on my Tesla at Alset Auto. I recently had my car windows tinted, a pillar delete, tail and headlights smoked out and a spoiler added. I couldn’t be happier with all the work done and I appreciate Tony and the team’s incredible knowledge of Teslas. Please consider them for your next job. ALSET Auto Dallas did an amazing job on my Model S! I got a STEK Dynoshift green wrap, full ceramic coating, and window tinting — and the results were absolutely fantastic. The attention to detail and quality of work really exceeded my expectations. The wrap looks stunning in different lighting, and the car feels brand new with the ceramic finish. Highly recommend them if you're looking for premium work and professional service!

From the very first phone call, I knew I had picked the right place. The young lady who answered was super knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. Right away, Alset offered a great price for tinting all my windows, including the front windshield, plus a full frontal PPF using XPEL.
I actually found them through my neighbor, and now I see why he recommended them. Matt, the owner, was fantastic—friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond. Not only did he make sure everything was done right, but he even installed a Performance spoiler and blacked-out Tesla emblems for me at no extra cost. I had planned to do this myself, but since the car was already in the shop, he offered to take care of it, which I really appreciated.
I had previously used another shop for similar work, and I can absolutely tell the difference in quality with Alset. The attention to detail is on another level. A nice bonus was discovering that the XPEL package they provide includes protection for the door edges and a rear trunk protector—something many other places don’t offer. I also requested additional coverage for the A-pillars and rear rocker panels, and not only did they add those sections, but Matt took it a step further. The original template for the rear rocker panels had a smaller coverage area, but he went ahead and extended it for better protection at no extra charge. That was a really nice surprise when we picked up the car and he walked us through everything he had done.
The whole experience was smooth, and I was really impressed with the level of professionalism. The shop was clean, well-organized, and conveniently located right next to the Tesla dealership. Plus, they gave me a small discount for paying in cash, which was a nice touch.
To be completely honest, there was a small issue during the process, but Matt handled it like a pro. He made it right, adjusted the cost, and ensured I was completely satisfied. That kind of customer service is rare these days.
Overall, my wife and I are beyond happy with the results, and we’ll definitely be recommending Alset to friends and family. If you’re looking for high-quality tint, PPF, and top-notch service, this is the place to go!
