Don’t take your watch to get resized here , Finn and Krstina working the watch stand who are incapable of doing their job. After hearing them banging on my links to take out for 30 minutes I went to go ask what was wrong - they handed me my watch back broken and said their was nothing they could do about it. When I initially asked to speak with a manager, I was told by both employees that there were none on-site and that they were the only employees available. It was only after I obtained a store manager business card. I could hear them laughing at my upsetness when I was being understanding with them. I than called the store manager directly that I discovered they were, in fact, in the building. The dismissive attitude I encountered at the watch stand from Finn and Kristina were well below the standard of service I expect from Nordstrom or from a human? With 0 sympathy or care from these employees who could have told me from the start that they were unable to resize it instead of hammering it for 30 minutes. The inhumanity from them was just embarrassing. I googled nordstorm policy’s , contacted the store manager directly because their was in fact something they could do about breaking my watch without having to search up legal routes as being lied to in my face with a smirk. I would not recommend shopping here. This was the most unwelcoming experience- Courtney the store manager was the only one who showed sympathy or care and a resolution right away but the whole store is just so unwelcoming. I can see why it’s going out of business.
