I own a packing and shipping company in Portland. We needed to expand our operation to a larger warehouse. They helped us find and lease a new warehouse. That should be the end of the review. Our new landlord has been a nightmare to deal with. No communication regarding tenant improvements, not following thru with promises to improve the space. Mike and Brody have been right there for us in this process. I know shipping, not commercial lease laws. They have gone to bat for us and helped us every step of the way. If you are looking for commercial property, I highly recommend Capacity Commercial.

Don Ossey and his team. Were professional start to finish. They were communicative, were truthful, and Responsive. Buying and selling commercial real estate can be stressful at times. But the Commercial Capacity Group team have the knowledge and experience to get the job done. I highly recommend them!

What an arrogant company. Left multiple voicemails and emails with Scott Miller and Liz Overstreet. All of them ignored.
