Steve is amazing! I just bought wiper blades with his help at the 079POR Tigard store. I'm visiting from out of state, and realized an hour into a 3 hour rainy drive that I needed new wipers. Steve helped me look up my car's wiper blades sizes. He was able to tell me that i didnt need to buy tools, because normally my tall husband does this. Steve was an angel to offer to put them on for me. He noticed that I was dressed up nice, unsure how to do it, and the rain was starting again. He got them swapped faster than I could have put on a coat! Thank you Steve, Napa is lucky to have employees like you! And I feel so much safer with another rainy 3 hour drive home.

Been going here for years and the employees have always been so helpful. They will go out of their way and the extra mile unlike any other auto parts store that I have been to. I wish I knew the name of the lady and gentleman that helped me open my key fob last week but thank you so much for your assistance!!

These guys are so very professional they generously helped my kids change their flat tire on their way to school. This is a great NAPA obviously performing above and beyond the call of duty.

It doesn't look very big when you walk in, but they have a fairly impressive inventory behind the counter. I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
